In the posts that follow we will delve into the proper way to design around parts of the building that are normally kept hidden. Tips and tricks will be revealed that will help optimize the building design. How can we minimize/eliminate shaft or MEP rooms/spaces? How are new building codes affecting new building MEP design? What creative solutions have been successful in the past to overcome challenges presented by MEP?
